Important Information:
- CellCubic.com does not pay for international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.
- CellCubic.com is not responsible for packages held by Customs.
- The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
- If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

All returns to CellCubic.com are subject to the following conditions:
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- You may request an RMA by email to customerservice@cellcubic.com
- All unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Invoice Date" on your invoice).
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
- Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.
- ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
- We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
- Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
- 25% re-stocking fee will be chargered if its customer reason to return products.
- Promotional Items cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective.

| You may be asked to provide proof of your credit card information in the form of a payment stub. In some cases your order will not be processed until this documentation is received by us. We will contact you by phone or email if we require this supporting information.

| Sorry, but we do not offer telephone sales. Our agreements with payment gateway require that all orders be placed through their secure web server. We don not collect any credit card information on our website. Please place your order online.
